What I collect
Through forms on this site: your name, email, phone if you give it, and what you tell me about your child. That comes from you, not from your child.
If you hire me: the documents you upload, including IEPs, evaluations, reports, and school correspondence.
Payments run through Stripe. I see your name, email, and that you paid. I never see your card number.
Why
To do the work you hired me for and to talk with you about it. Nothing else. I don't advertise to you, and I don't sell or share your information.
Where it's stored
No one else reads your child's records. This is a solo practice with no staff and no contractors.
The files sit on the services I use to run it: Google Workspace, Stripe, Tally, and Wix. Those companies store the data. They don't read it. I share your child's information with another person only if you tell me to in writing, or if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Through our work together and three years after, then I delete it. Ask me to delete it sooner and I will, unless I'm legally required to keep something.
Your choices
Email me any time for a copy of what I hold, to correct it, or to delete it. No charge.
Cookies
This site runs on Wix, which uses cookies for basic function and analytics. You can block them in your browser.
Changes
If I change this policy I'll update the date above.
